Donati Senzia is the Coordinator of Participatory Ecological Land Use Management (PELUM ). PELUM Tanzania is mandated to promote ecological land use management for improved livelihoods of smallholder farmers in Tanzania mainland through networking, capacity building, documentation and communication, and advocacy. PELUM Tanzania target groups are the Member Organizations while the beneficiaries are the smallholder farmers and livestock keepers supported by those members.

Proficient Finance Director with more than 5 years of experience in financial modeling for e-learning industry. She is involved in business planning, strategy, fundraising, budgeting, and management of both financial and human resources. Fatma is highly skillful with leadership, corporate governance, public speaking, project management, emotional, and social intelligence skills.

Fatma was born and raised in Tanzania; very passionate about education as a tool to eradicate poverty in Africa and a strong believer in youth potential to bring positive change in the world. She has dedicated both her professional career and personal life since was a child to engage and empower children, youth, and women. She is a driven advocate of education for all, as it gave her a platform to test herself, to assert her potential, and to help her realize herself.

Established in her leadership experience she has been selected in different leadership fellowships, training, and forums both within and outside the country. She is a Mandela Washington Fellow class of 2020, Gratitude Network Fellow class of 2020, the Young Emerging Leaders Project class of 2019, Perennial Leadership Fellow class of 2019, and Cordes Fellow class of 2018.

Semkae Kilonzo began work at Policy Forum in 2007 as the lead responsible for media, communication and advocacy at the network’s secretariat office as part of the organisation’s desire to see policy analysis information widely disseminated to policy makers, civil society and the general public. He has since assumed the role of Coordinator, heading the Secretariat. He is also on the Steering Committee of the Global Movement for Budget Transparency, Accountability and Participation (BTAP).

Semkae holds a Masters degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Cardiff University, U.K. and received his earlier media training in Dublin Ireland and the Tanzania School of Journalism. He is also an alumnus of the Public Service Accountability Monitor (Fundamentals of Social Accountability Monitoring Course) of Rhodes University, South Africa. Among his many interests, Semkae is passionate about encouraging public participation in policy making and championing the equitable use of public resources.

He has since assumed the role of Coordinator, heading the Secretariat. Semkae, is in the Policy Forum Board as the Board Secretary.

Anna Henga is the current LHRC Director of Advocacy and Reforms and a member of the management team. She is vested with responsibility to lead the Centre’s core cause which is to advocate for legal and policy reforms as well as change of practices to realize the vision of attaining a Just and Equitable Society. Anna has grown carrier wise in the organization excelling from an intern to becoming the Executive Director. Prior to her promotion, Anna has been regularly serving as Acting Executive Director of the Centre when the current Director was not in office for some reasons.

Anna joined LHRC back in 2006 as an intern and later legal officer volunteer at the LHRC’s legal aid clinic in Arusha, afterwards she has been successfully serving in various roles counting Programme Coordinator - Constitutional Reforms, Coordinator of the Southern Africa Legal Assistance Network (SALAN) as well as Program’s Officer - Gender, Children and Anti FGM Coordinator.

Moses Kimaro is the Program Manager of WAJIBU Institute of Public Accountability (WIPA).WAJIBU Institute of Public Accountability (WIPA) is a recently established institution, founded with the purpose of fostering an environment that supports and promotes public accountability in Tanzania. WAJIBU has a vision of creating and sustaining an accountable society that believes  in accountability and good governance as a collective responsibility.
