Her expertise includes coaching, mentoring, change management, strategic HR, talent development, and fostering employee engagement. Beyond her professional role, she is the founder of Parenting for Autism and Child Support Organisation (PANETWORK), and an independent consultant in employment, labour, and organisational management.
