The Rondo Women’s Development Organization (ROWODO) is a non-profit, non-political NGO based in Lindi, Tanzania, established to address challenges facing women, youth, and marginalized communities.

It focuses on empowering communities socially and economically, with particular attention to gender inequality, limited access to opportunities, and gaps in health education.

The organisation works through community-based programmes that promote health services, gender equality, human rights, education, environmental conservation, and livelihood improvement.

ROWODO also emphasizes grassroots participation, mobilising local communities especially women to take part in development, peacebuilding, and decision-making processes.
