To determine whether or not accountability interventions improve service delivery, PF is progressively enhancing its capacity to learn as an organisation. This includes ascertaining how the network’s joint strengths impact on those it targets, the challenges it faces and their nature and analysing and sharing this evidence with others it works with or obtains support from.
