TNRF Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is the most important event in TNRF's calendar. It is an annual opportunity for TNRF members to:

• Learn more about TNRF's programmes and activities;
• Receive reports from the Steering Committee and Secretariat on their work;
• Express their views about the performance of their organisation - particularly that of the Secretariat and Steering Committee;
• Debate and approve TNRF's forthcoming programme of work as presented by the Secretariat;
• Nominate and elect new and standing members of the Committee;
• Review and approve key constitutional ammendments for improving the functioning and accountability of TNRF.

The meeting is also open to non-members who are very welcome to participate in the meeting. Non-members may not vote in TNRF elections. Non-members should also be aware that, for administrative reasons, they cannot join TNRF on the day of the Annual General Meeting (3rd October 2008).

 The programme for the TNRF Annual General Meeting will be available from mid-September, with updates about Steering Committee nominations and elections, and proposed changes to TNRF's constitution provided closer to the Annual General Meeting.
