Policy Manipulation by IMF and World Bank
On the 6th June 2008 there will be a half-day seminar led by Mr. Oystein Tveter and Mr. John Jones from Norway on the issue of Policy manipulation by IMF and World Bank.
The intention of the seminar is to see and discuss how the multilateral financial institutions influence and manipulate policy formulation processes in developing countries and how this is contributing to increased poverty, not poverty reduction.
