Vision: To be the leading organization in Tanzania devoted to building the capacity of African youth leadership and management of socioeconomic development.

Mission: To educate through practical experience in social enterprise, adolescent sexual reproductive health, leadership and good governance for Tanzania's youths (10-24) and young adults (24-34) of age who want to take charge of their own future for the benefit of the society and their personal fulfillment.
