The learning event aims to enable interested organisations and institutions to bring together ideas, initial experiences and critical reflection that will help advance the quality of discussion and learning for enhanced public accountability.

The objective of this event is to identify the useful practices and problems encountered in promoting public accountability with a view to strengthening collaboration between government, civil society, private sector and development partners to improve the relevance and effectiveness of public accountability initiatives.

Agenda Participation 2000 is hosting a brief launching ceremony of the Non State Actors Charter 2010 and Public dialogue on the Tanzania after 2010.

The Non State Actors Charter is a result of a collaborative effort involving over 150 CSOs which started in 2005. The Charter presents discussions and recommendations on the key issues that citizens would like to be addressed after 2010.

The launching ceremony will take place on the Tuesday, 21st September 2010, at the Blue Pearl Hotel, Ubungo Plaza starting at 8:30 am upto 2:00pm
