The Centre for Social Accountability are once again facilitating a Social Accountability Monitoring course for Policy Forum members. The 11-day Rhodes University accredited course runs from 19 - 30 July 2010 at Rhodes University\, Grahamstown\, South Africa.
The training course provides an introduction to a rights-based approach to social accountability monitoring\, the social accountability system and a complete set of tools for public resource management monitoring (budget analysis\, expenditure tracking\, performance monitoring\, integrity monitoring\, oversight tracking).
