Social Accountability Monitoring Training in Morogoro on the 1st to 12th March 2010 at Oasis Hotel

Purpose is to furnish participants with a rights-based approach to social accountability monitoring and tools for public resource management monitoring (budget analysis, expenditure tracking, performance monitoring, integrity monitoring, oversight tracking).
