This is to notify that there will be a planning meeting for 2010 for LGWG at Policy Forum offices on 29th January 2010 at 2.00 PM.
It is a very important meeting for the working group because many things are going to be decided there please attend.

Policy Forum  members' monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday the 4th February 2010.
We hence request any member with a suggestion of any agenda item that should be included for discussion in the next meeting to submit it to us by Monday 1st February 2010.
We will then send out the agenda on the 3rd February 2010.

This is to let you all know that we are going to have the next MKUKUTA Steering Committee meeting on Friday 5th Feb 2010 at 10.00 am.
