The Association of Local Authorities of Tanzania (ALAT) are organising a Working Congress and the commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of their organisation on the 4th and 5th of December. The event will bring together members of ALAT, officials from PMO-RALG, Development Partners and Civil Society Organisations.
