Course objective:  

The course will provide the participants with:
o Knowledge about the structure of the mining sector globally and in Tanzania, and key issues related to maximising its contribution to national development, with a focus on revenue generation, socio-environmental rights and obligations and local economic development.
o Skills to engage in the mining sector and influence new legislation on the mining sector
