She has been working in the field of finance since 2002 for private sector companies and non-governmental organisations. Her interests include business and public expenditure.

Richard Angelo is a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam where he pursued Bachelor of Art in Sociology in 2006, before joining HakiElimu for internship program and later on as a consultant to the media unit.His interests are writting and social development.

Semkae Kilonzo is a consultant in media communications and environmental policy. He has a Masters in Journalism and Media Studies from Cardiff University, U.K. and received his earlier media training in Dublin Ireland and the Tanzania School of Journalism.

Lina Magoma is a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam where she obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B) in 2007. Her interests are in researching, labour laws, International and Children/ vulnerable rights, policy-making and budget analysis.

Marcossy has been working in the field of development since 1998. In 2002 he chose to deal with Good Governance especially in Local Government Authorities. He is vastly experienced in local government programmes and has undertaken numerous research assignments on corruption, the subject that interests him most.

Vera Mshana obtained both a Bachelors Degree in Law (2002) and a Masters in Law in Development (2003), at Warwick University. She was later called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2005. Having worked in one of Tanzania’s top-tier corporate law firms for 3 years, her focus areas are in commercial and labour law, as well as regulatory and legislation.

Gertrude has been working in the field of development since 1993. She has worked on policy issues both from a donor perspective and from a civil society perspective with several different agencies. She was responsible for establishing the secretariat office and has been with Policy Forum since July 2003. Her field of specialisation is Public Policy and Management.

Amani Ndoyella completed his National Board for Materials Management (NBMM) Certificate in 1995. He is now in charge of the logistics, office inventory, and cataloging of information of members of the network. He is interested in issues of entrepreneurship, sports and reading newspapers.
